Office Manager (Fitting Out Project)

Responsibilities

  • Leading the administrative team to manage the office and warehouse facilities (e.g. procurement, contract review etc.)
  • Handling office daily operations, company activities/events
  • Managing mailing and delivery services, reception
  • Overseeing the fitting out progress of the office
  • Performing other assigned ad hoc tasks

 

Requirements

  • Higher diploma or above  
  • Minimum 3-5 year work experience in office administration/fitting out projects or any related fields
  • Familiar with contract affairs and document control
  • Fluent in Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Holder of driving license is an advantage
  • Team player with strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills
