Responsibilities
- Leading the administrative team to manage the office and warehouse facilities (e.g. procurement, contract review etc.)
- Handling office daily operations, company activities/events
- Managing mailing and delivery services, reception
- Overseeing the fitting out progress of the office
- Performing other assigned ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Higher diploma or above
- Minimum 3-5 year work experience in office administration/fitting out projects or any related fields
- Familiar with contract affairs and document control
- Fluent in Chinese, English and Mandarin
- Holder of driving license is an advantage
- Team player with strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills
