Job Responsibilities:

• Revise, review, and assist in developing technical services / renovation programmes and practice 
• Plan, implement and supervise fitting out/MEP/builder’s renovation projects to comply with the latest statutory regulations and requirements
• Review and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and technical team
• Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies
• Liaise and understand tenants' requirements and needs
• Provide the roadmap for achieving value from physical assets by optimizing costs, risks and performance across the entire asset lifecycle.
   

Qualifications / Experiences

• Degree in Building services, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management, Operations Management
• A member of HKIE, CIBSE is preferred 
• Over 8 years’ experiences in related technical services in commercial sector
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong leadership and effective communication skill
• Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
• Able to use Microsoft office software
• Good Command in English and Chinese
