Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement IT infrastructure aligned with organizational goals, assessing current systems and planning enhancements.

  • Manage vendors to ensure high-quality delivery of infrastructure projects, including solution evaluation, implementation, and maintenance support.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage) to ensure reliability and security.

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and inventory, while preparing performance reports.

  • Ensure compliance with security policies through regular audits and assessments, implementing incident response plans with IT security teams.

  • Assist in implementing appropriate security measures and conducting regular audits and risk assessments on infrastructure.

Requirements:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with a successful track record in IT infrastructure project and vendor management.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft AD, AAD, M365, Email Security, Networking, Servers, and Storage.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, including DR drills, performance monitoring, and capacity planning.

  • Familiarity with public and private cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Alibaba Cloud).

  • Knowledge of EDR, PAM, DLP, and SIEM is a plus.

  • Prior experience in sizable public organizations or quasi-government organizations is advantageous.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
