We are partnering with a Property Developer to look for a General Manager to look after the property management function for their commercial properties in South East Asia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of commercial properties, ensuring high standards of service and maintenance.
- Manage property budgets and operational expenditures, ensuring financial efficiency.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve property management efficiency.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring timely responses to tenant requests and property needs.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants, addressing issues and ensuring a high level of tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor property performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in property management, with a focus on commercial properties.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising operational staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and operational reporting tools.
