Responsibilities :
- Provide risk management and regulatory compliance support.
- Formulate, review, and update internal policies and procedures to meet compliance standards.
- Monitor adherence to company policies and control procedures.
- Implement effective Risk and Compliance governance.
- Coordinate compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare risk and compliance reports.
Qualifications :
- Degree holder or above in Risk Management, Accounting or related disciplines
- 8+ years’ experience in enterprise risk management, preferably gained from the property industry.
- Holder of Professional Qualifications (e.g. CPA/ACCA etc.)
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua),
- Good business sense and acumen; mature, proactive with strong interpersonal skills
- Competent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
