Senior Officer, Sales & Marketing (Developer - Residential)

Our client is one of the most reputable developers who has an extensive real estate footprint in Hong Kong and China. They are now looking for an Officer/ Senior Officer, Sales & Marketing for their upcoming residential projects in Hong Kong. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of property sales brochure in compliance with the First-Hand Ordinance
  • Manage development/ production of sales and marketing materials including but not limited to sales office and show flat, advertising, promotional materials, sales materials and arrangements are in compliance with the related legislations and regulations
  • Copy writing, PR writing, social media management, marketing collateral production
  • Conduct market research and analysis on the market trend of the residential market

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in residential sales and marketing
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Chinese
  • Attention to details, especially in editing and proofreading
