Job Description:
- Direct report duties to CEO
- Perform secretarial services such as calendar management, travel arrangements, meetings and conferences preparation
- Act as key contact point, liaise with internal and external parties on event management and logistical arrangements for business and private activities
- Manage expense claims, monthly reports and reimbursement
- Prepare reports, presentation materials, update information and maintain database regarding various meetings and discussion
- Assist in organizing the team events
- Other ad hoc as assigned by the management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or formal secretarial training
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in serving senior executive
- Good command of spoken & written English, Chinese and Putonghua
- Independent, proactive, well organized and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Positive mindset with a high sense of integrity and confidentiality
