Responsibilities :
Business Development:
- Introduce and promote our marketing services in China and social media management solutions to clients and agencies.
- Create marketing proposals tailored to clients' specific needs and budgets.
- Oversee the entire business development process, including prospecting new clients, structuring and negotiating deals, onboarding clients, providing ongoing support, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Campaign Management:
- Manage the team’s supervisors and account managers to meet client needs effectively.
P/L Management:
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding monthly objectives and quotas.
- Oversee the overall profitability of the team.
Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within the marketing industry.
- A proactive "hunter" mentality with a strong drive to engage decision-makers.
- Knowledge of the China digital marketing and influencer landscape is a plus.
- Proficiency in Cantonese is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
