VIP Relationship Manager (PRC clients focus)

Client Details : 

Our client is a leading property developer with large portfolio of luxury retail and entertainment destinations across Hong Kong and China. They are currently looking for a Client Development Manager to further grow their client base and to nurture both existing and new relationships.


Responsibilities : 
Customer relationship

- Build and maintain customer relationship with high spending clients
- Expand and maintain our CRM system
- Interpretation of market and consumer trend with ability to translate client information into business actions.
- To drive continuous enhancement by collecting feedback from members on services, membership scheme, and promotions.
 
Business Development 
- Partner with brands and third parties to organize events and promotions
- To build strong rapport and relationship with business partners and identify any business opportunity and collaboration 
- Undertake detailed analysis of marketing campaigns to ensure targets are met
- Conduct detailed Competitor Analysis and maintain an edge over others 

Requirements : 
- Degree holder with minimum 5 years of related experience  
- Customer-oriented mindset and possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and sensitive to data and market trend.
- Pro-active, willing to target new clients and expand the portfolio 
- Fluency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and competent in English.
