Project Coordinator - Main Contractor - All level

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Project Coordinators at all levels to join our main contractor sector. Opportunities are available for Junior, Mid-level, and Senior Project Coordinators, allowing candidates at different career stages to contribute to project success.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling for timely execution.
  • Gather and organize project documentation, including drawings and contracts.
  • Prepare and distribute communications, such as meeting agendas and progress reports.
  • Support procurement by obtaining quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • Track project progress, budgets, and expenditures to meet timelines and financial goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor activities and ensure safety compliance.
  • Assist in preparing project close-out documentation, such as as-built drawings.

Qualifications:

Junior Project Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of project coordination experience in construction.
  • Basic understanding of project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Mid-level Project Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-7 years of project coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles.
  • Experience managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Senior Project Coordinator:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of project coordination experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and leading teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
