Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Introduce and promote Chinese marketing services and social media management solutions to clients and agencies.
- Prepare tailored marketing proposals based on clients' specific needs and budgets.
- Oversee the entire business development process, including prospecting new clients, structuring and negotiating deals, onboarding clients, providing ongoing support, conducting regular performance reviews, and identifying upsell opportunities.
P/L Management:
- Ensure that monthly objectives and quotas are met or exceeded.
- Take responsibility for the overall profitability of the team.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within the marketing industry.
- Knowledge of the China digital marketing and influencer landscape is a plus.
- Experience in leading a team
- Proficiency in Cantonese is required.
- Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and effective written and verbal communication.
- Outgoing and extroverted, with a preference for working in collaborative environments.
- A start-up mindset—highly collaborative, entrepreneurial, and willing to work independently when necessary.
