Project Coordinator (Property Developer) - Direct report to CFO

Our client is one of the property developer in Hong Kong, currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Coordinator to join their team to manage the PRC shopping mall project.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the senior management to develop and maintain project standards
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
  • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met
  • Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and regulatory requirements are met
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress update, presentation materials, and proposals
  • Manage and coordinate all project-related documentation

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in interior design, engineering, building studies, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, fitting-out and renovation projects is preferred
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and safety regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS word and MS Project
  • Available to frequent travel to China regions
