Responsibilities:
- Find and connect with important partners for business, building strong relationships with key people in those companies.
- Collaborate with partners to create effective go-to-market (GTM) strategies, build sales pipelines, and execute sales initiatives.
- Work with various teams within the company (like support and services) to ensure partners meet their performance goals and expectations.
- Meet assigned sales goals and strategic objectives for your partner accounts.
- Guide the creation of solutions that meet customer needs, involving all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Make sure partners adhere to their agreements with Company.
Requirements:
- Must have experience in sales or business development in international markets.
- Ability to work alone in remote markets and deliver results under pressure.
- Understanding of cloud technologies, strong business acumen, and excellent problem-solving skills.
- A history of meeting both individual and team goals.
- Ability to collaborate with team members from around the world.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud business account development. Less experienced candidates may be considered for a Business Development Executive role.
