Job Responsibilities:

- Schedule meetings, emails, or calls for qualified leads and facilitate their handover to sales managers.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, enhance the customer experience, and align efforts with organizational objectives.
- Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor interactions, assess performance, and enhance lead generation processes.
- Maintain detailed records of sales leads and activities.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven track record in sales development, business development, or sales roles within the FinTech, payments, or financial services sectors.
- In-depth understanding of the APAC market, including industry trends, business dynamics, and regional challenges.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of effectively engaging with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis, and outreach strategies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential; additional APAC languages are a strong advantage.
