Responsibilities:
- Assist in analysing the customer database to identify the target segment for developing CRM programs and customer journeys
- Handle inquiries with members
- Handle and update the membership database timely
- Assist in implementing sales and marketing campaigns and assist in different ad-hoc sales projects
- Support the development and execution of CRM acquisition programs aimed at improving customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty
- Assist with CRM and Brand reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of marketing experience in healthcare or food industries (CRM experience is preferred).
- Responsible, meticulous, independent, proactive, interactive, well-structured and planning
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
