Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
- Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
- Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers
- Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services
- Appropriately map and provide relevant and suitable financial products & services to meet existing and prospective customers' needs, including but not limited to bank account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan, insurance and other banking products & services
Requirements:
- Degree holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
- Minimum 1- 2 years' working experience in banking/ insurance industry
- Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE1,2,3) and Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations (HKSI 1,7,8)
- Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Less licenced will be consider Assistant Relationship Manager

Telemarketing Executives Responsibilities:
- Promote the bank’s loan products to new and existing customers with the purpose of generating business revenue to the Bank.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
- 1 year's working experience in banking/sales/CS preferable .
- Relevant experience in sale s or customer services is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target.
