Job description:
- Prepare sales quotations and reports.
- Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support to the Assistant General Manager.
- Update the client list and system database.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned, including outdoor assignments
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant experience in any disciples
- High proficiency in MS Office applications with Chinese Word processing
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Strong in prioritize workload in order to meet strict deadlines, willing to OT
- Independent and able to work under pressure
- Self-motivated
- Holder of valid driving license with clean driving records, familiar with Hong Kong roads and traffic regulations is preferred
- Immediately available is highly preferred
