Job Responsibilities
- Provide 7 x24 technical assistance to the daily operation of IT Monitoring Centre
- Monitor the healthiness of system and provide helpdesk support
- Perform Tier 1 problem detection and escalation and perform day-to-day operation support related duties of the system
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years’ relevant IT experience
- Experience in IT operations management and data centre environment
- Willing to work on shift to ensure 7 x 24 support to the system
