Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

2-5 years’ work experience in life insurance industry for Operations Analyst

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Independent with high flexibility

Able to work independently and under pressure

Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn

Able to clearly articulate business processes and ideas verbally and in written English

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel and good understanding of SQL

Knowledge on PowerBI or Alteryx is a plus
On the job you will:
- Review and analyze requests from various teams and value streams
- Build consensus and facilitate discussion with related stakeholders and IT development teams
- Elicit user requirements, perform impact analysis, propose and document the end-to[1]end solutions
- Define test strategy, construct test plan and execute test to ensure the end product meets the business objectives
- Present systems training to business users
- Own, investigate and resolve systems and project issues
