Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet all applicable laws and internal policies.
- Policy Development: Create and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Risk Assessment & Training: Conduct risk assessments and provide employee training on compliance matters.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor compliance activities, conduct audits, and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
- Investigations & Liaison: Investigate compliance violations, recommend actions, and act as the point of contact for regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and excellent communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
