- 具備 優秀的領導才能、人員管理與決策能力
- 能運用廚房管理軟件監察庫存與員工排班
- 熟悉衛生標準、食品製作及營養知識
- 創新且注重品質,能適應快節奏的工作環境
- 流利廣東話、普通話及英語

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring top-tier food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and implement innovative menus
- Oversee food ordering and inventory control to maintain optimal ingredient supply
- Monitor food cost management and production control to minimize waste
- Supervise, train, and evaluate kitchen staff, managing scheduling and task assignments
Ideal Candidate
- 3-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef in fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurants specializing in Western cuisine
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills
- Proficient in kitchen management software for inventory control and staff scheduling
- In-depth knowledge of sanitation standards, food preparation, and nutrition
- Creative, quality-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
