Promoter Management
- Oversee the scheduling and approval of leave requests for promoters.
- Manage manpower allocation effectively.
- Closely monitor the promoter team to ensure they meet monthly sales targets and customer service standards through regular store visits.
- Participate in regular meetings with the promoter team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports.
Client Services
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with chain stores.
- Conduct market research and prepare reports for clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in the retail sector.
- Experience with consumer electronics products is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Proactive, energetic, dynamic, and a good team player with a positive attitude.
