Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to identify manpower needs and requirements.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
- Conduct basic human resource data analysis to support business initiatives.
- Provide essential HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations, while managing employee files and attendance records.
- Support additional ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR in F&B / Retail
- Familiarity with Hong Kong labor ordinance and employment legislation.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
- Skilled in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
- Strong communication skills, excellent execution capabilities, and the ability to manage stress while maintaining a proactive approach.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
