Human Resources Officer (F&B & Retail) - up to 25K
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to identify manpower needs and requirements.
  • Maintain an organized candidate database and ensure accurate employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Conduct basic human resource data analysis to support business initiatives.
  • Provide essential HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and terminations, while managing employee files and attendance records.
  • Support additional ad-hoc assignments as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR in F&B / Retail 
  • Familiarity with Hong Kong labor ordinance and employment legislation.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
  • Skilled in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent execution capabilities, and the ability to manage stress while maintaining a proactive approach.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
