Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support for the APAC region.
- Troubleshoot issues with Cisco, Palo Alto, and HPE Aruba technologies.
- Collaborate with teams and external partners to resolve complex cases.
- Conduct network assessments and implement changes.
- Manage projects for new office setups and VPN configurations.
- Support client onboarding/offboarding for smooth transitions.
- Understand client needs and design tailored network solutions.
- Lead network design strategies and define project scopes.
- Attend weekly client meetings for project updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of network support experience.
- CCNA/CCNP certification preferred.
- Experience in firewall migration and branch office network management.
- Proficient in network analyzer tools and monitoring solutions.
- Strong skills in designing and implementing network architectures.
