Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for managing project execution and to ensure the project achieves the time and quality standard;
- Work with the engineering team to prepare the project budget and cost plans;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies for A&A, fitting out projects
- Conversant with statutory regulations and requirement in Hong Kong
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years working experience with property developers or consultancy firms
- Hands-on experience in managing luxury residential properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Good PC skills with hand-on experience in AutoCAD, MS Words, Excel etc
