Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design planning, executing and managing data center developments in Hong Kong
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Over 15 years of MEP engineering working experience, including at least 5 years of data center project, Greenfield data center project experience is preferred
- HKIE, CEng or REW C/H or IMechE is preferred
- Familiar with full cycle of project delivery and management
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
