Job Description
- Drafting proposals, general correspondence, reports, and assisting with submissions.
- Managing project documents and ensuring efficient filing and database systems.
- Offering general clerical and administrative support, including typing, formatting, and filing.
- Assisting the Manager with office administration tasks, such as maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, order, security, office supplies, printed materials, and scheduling overseas business trips for staff.
- Collaborating with various departments on daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Helping to organize and coordinate company events and activities.
- Carrying out additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong skills in managing documentation and correspondence.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills, fostering cross-team collaboration and teamwork.
- Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Experience in preparing tender documents in the construction or building industry is preferred.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
