Client Details:
Our client is a highly reputable real estate group with a lot of commercial & residential developments in Hong Kong. They are now looking for a Property Manager to look after its properties.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing a designated property portfolio
- Manage the day-to-day operation and management, including budget preparation and control, service standard and property maintenance
- Responsible for sourcing, managing, and supervising the performance of service providers contractors
- Provide an effective and cohesive management strategy for the assets
- Maximise the financial performance of the assets
- Coordinate and liaise with different stakeholders in all property management-related matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Property Management / Real Estates or related disciplines
- Possess at least 6 years of relevant working experience in sizeable property management company
- Proficient in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong business acumen and market awareness
- Excellent interpersonal, communications and negotiations skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
