Responsibilities:
We are recruiting a (Assistant) Project Manager (E&M), who is responsible for Building Services Project Management, Contract documentation, Site Management & Execution for the residential and office portfolio in Hong Kong. This M&E manager needs to ensure that all phases of work are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified quality.
Requirements:
- A recognized professional degree in mechanical/electrical or building services engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing the new build projects in HK
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Motivated, confident and a team player
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
