Responsibilites:
- Co-ordinate with clients, main-contractors and subcontractors for maintenance, repair and overhaul services
- Assist Service Manager in tender preparation, tender analysis, price negotiation and budget control
- Prepare operation and maintenance manual as required by contract
- Resolve ad hoc site matters and site coordination
Job Requirment:
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years' relevant experience in participation of E&M / Building Services / Maintenance / A&A contracts
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Candidates with more than 9 years’ relevant experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer
