Responsibilities:
- Oversee the DevOps Engineering team, coach them with best practices, and provide feedback on performance
- Guide the rollout of our products and solutions, making sure they fit well with the customer’s existing systems environment
- Set up and maintain security protocols per industry standards, as to keep data and infrastructure safe
- Close engage with management and other IT teams to ensure business goals are all aligned
- Stay abreast of latest tech trends and share insights across IT teams & management on where infrastructure technology is headed
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
- With 8+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure and DevOps, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Familiar with Linux environment, includes high availability, cloud computing, and virtualization
- Experience in configuring and operating Kubernetes clusters, Cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Implement security measures, system & network policies to ensure the environment compliances with security standards
- Knowledge of SQL databases, basic coding skills (e.g. Shell, Python, Node.js, Golang) and experience with microservices architectures preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on staff development and talent management
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese
