Responsibilities:
- Conduct data analysis on system performance to predict and prevent failures.
- Manage capacity of critical components to ensure system efficiency and improve Power Usage Effectiveness (PUE).
- Implement change management processes to ensure operational continuity.
- Perform risk management to consider and mitigate all potential risks during operations.
- Develop and uphold standard and emergency operating procedures to ensure efficient front-line operations across all sites.
- Restore operations to normalcy, conduct root cause analysis on failures, and implement corrective actions.
- Provide mechanical engineering expertise and support during the pre-sales stage.
- Assist in annual internal and external audits to ensure departmental compliance with regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement:
- Degree in Building Services/ Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
- 6 years of MEP engineering working experience in data center, and familiar with mechanical system maintenance and operation is preferred
- CEng or REW A/B/C is preferred
- Familiar with full cycle of project delivery and management
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
