Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire grant cycle, from proposal review and selection to fund disbursement and evaluation
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to identify funding opportunities and align grant strategies with organizational goals.
- Develop evaluation criteria and metrics for assessing grant impact, and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Provide support and training to grantees regarding compliance, reporting requirements, and best practices in grant management
- Stay updated on trends in philanthropy and funding landscapes to inform grant-making strategies
- Oversee project management, ensuring timely delivery and compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with grantees, partners, and community organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in in grant management and project management
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
