Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Implement best practices in construction management and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in residential projects.
- Chartered membership with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
