Responsibilites:
- Oversee all buiding services aspects of ongoing projects.
- Manage budgets and expenses to ensure cost control.
- Monitor the progress of projects and the quality of work being done on-site.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to design and install systems.
- Ensure that projects are completed within the designated timeframe, budget, and with high quality.
- Create bids and price quotes specifically for Building Services work.
- Attend project meetings and participate in statutory inspections.
- Prepare detailed drawings and coordinate on-site activities for smooth execution.
- Fulfill other relevant responsibilities as directed by the Senior Manager.
Job Requirment:
- At least 10 years of applicable experience is required.
- Degree in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- Possession of a Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker - Grade B0 or C0 is preferred.
- Strong leadership, site management, and communication skills are essential.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Project Manager.
