Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable.
• Analyze project progress and identify potential delays, proposing corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and critical paths.
• Assist in resource allocation and optimization to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
• Support the project team in planning and scheduling activities to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Ability to lead, coordinate, negotiate and know how to take decisions when necessary
