Job Descriptions:
- Monitor design and project progress to ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards;
- Manage performance of all consultancies, contractors, and other external vendors;
- Conduct feasibilities studies, technical due diligence studies;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as when required
Requirements:
- Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines
- Professional qualification as Member of HKIA, AP is preferable
- At least 15 years of experiences in handling sizeable residential development projects, with minimum 8 years of in property developers
- Exposure in full project cycle is preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
