Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior management to develop and maintain project standards
- Prepare and submit project reports, including progress update, presentation materials, and proposals
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure quality standards are met
- Manage and coordinate all project-related documentation
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in project management, administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, fitting-out and renovation projects is preferred
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including building codes and safety regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS word and MS Project
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
