We are representing a property development company seeking an Assistant to provide support to the CEO. He / She will oversee operation of executive office. 
 
Project Manager - Building - Main Contractor
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate communication between all stakeholders, providing updates and resolving conflicts as necessary.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Mentor and support junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing residential construction projects with a main contractor.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CIOB) are a plus.
  • Good command in BOTH English and Cantonese is a must.
