Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports for hospital project.
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
• Monitor project progress and expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
• Assist in the procurement process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to resolve cost-related issues and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on E&M projects.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management principles, and industry standards.
• Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Written and Spoken Chinese / Cantonese is a must.
