Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost estimates, and financial reports for hospital project.
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs.
- Monitor project progress and expenditures to ensure alignment with budgets and timelines.
- Assist in the procurement process, including preparing tender documents and evaluating bids.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to resolve cost-related issues and discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, change orders, and other project documentation.
- Conduct site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a focus on E&M projects.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, cost management principles, and industry standards.
- Proficient in quantity surveying software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Written and Spoken Chinese / Cantonese is a must.
