Job Responsibilities:
- Revise, review, and assist in developing technical services / renovation programmes and practice
- Plan, implement and supervise fitting out/MEP/builder’s renovation projects to comply with the latest statutory regulations and requirements
- Review and monitor the performance of contractors, suppliers and technical team
- Recommend, prepare and review preventive maintenance schedule as well as arrange and monitor the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio
- Prepare annual maintenance budget, set up and review relevant operations policies and provide staff training
- Handle enquiries and complaints about maintenance works and provide appropriate solutions after investigation
- Supervise the performance of in-house technical staff
- Liaise with relevant government authorities and public bodies
- Liaise and understand tenants' requirements and needs
- Provide the roadmap for achieving value from physical assets by optimizing costs, risks and performance across the entire asset lifecycle.
Qualifications / Experiences
- Degree in Building services, Building Surveying, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Facilities Management, Operations Management
- Electrical License (Grade B) or equivalent
- 10 years’ experiences in technical services management
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong leadership and effective communication skill
- Responsible, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure
- Good Command in English and Chinese
