• Develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication strategies that enhance the company’s visibility and reputation
• Build and maintain relationships with key media contacts, manage press releases, and oversee media inquiries
• Act as the lead point of contact for media issues as well as organizing press conferences, media events, and leading the team to win the marketing awards
• Lead the Communications team and collaborate with different business divisions to identify target audiences, and create effective engagement plans
• Lead communication efforts during crises, ensuring timely and effective messaging to stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align communication strategies with business objectives
• Mentor and lead a team of communication professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Journalism, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• 15+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public affairs, or related fields, with experience in leading a sizable team
• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience in crisis management will be preferred
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, proactive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Fluent in spoken and written English, simplified and traditional Chinese and Cantonese
