Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • Engage with key and senior stakeholders across business verticals to capture their pain points, challenges and expectations to facilitate the ideation of digital solutions and AI use-case
              • Define technology roadmaps per business objectives and define the adoption plan for new technologies (e.g., AI, data lakes, IoT) to boost business values
              • Cultivate and foster a culture of AI adoption, to drive improvements on development efficiency
              • Contribute to building new teams along the business’ expansion to facilitate the enterprise’s R&D needs in the future
                • Manage the development and project lifecycles of AI and digital solutions

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
              • Holder of PMP, PRINCE2 or ITIL preferred
              • Over 15 years of experience in IT management, with track records of building new teams and leading the development of digital solutions and AI technologies
              • Demonstrates good leadership and people management capability
              • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
              • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
