- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis of compensation and benefits practices to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement total rewards strategies that support the company's business objectives.
- Manage the annual salary review process, bonus programs, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Provide guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a multinational corporation.
- In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits practices, policies, and regulations in Hong Kong.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs that drive employee engagement and retention.
