Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Come up with comprehensive project plans and strategies to facilitate the implementation, migration and adoption of new enterprise digital platform
              • Analyse and identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through levering digital innovation and technology
              • Evaluate, streamline and improve data resources to improve efficiency of business applications and the adoption of new digital solutions (such as AI, data platforms)
              • Gather business requirements and workflows from users and translate into functional specifications
              • Coordinate with business users, operations teams, and IT teams to facilitate user acceptance

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
            • Over 6 years of experience in IT project/program management, IT strategy, enterprise solutions, or digital transformation.
            • Proven track record in managing large-scale IT projects and digital innovations, including customer data platforms.
            • Strong knowledge of various technology stacks, including cloud, data, DevOps, Java, and digital solutions.
            • Ability to create IT project roadmaps and long-term strategic plans.
            • Experience in change management and engaging stakeholders across business and IT teams.
            • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
