Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • Provide technical expertise and guidance on the design, installation and commissioning of building services systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire protection
                • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to develop innovative and sustainable building services solutions
                • Oversee the preparation of detailed technical specifications, drawings and cost estimates
                • Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
                • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
                • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related field
                • Chartered Engineer (CEng) status or equivalent professional qualification
                • Minimum 15 years of experience in building services engineering, with solid experiences in residential developments
                • In-depth knowledge of building services systems, codes, and regulations applicable in Hong Kong
                • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
                • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
