- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience with MNCs companies is preferred; external audit experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, energetic, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the capacity to proactively track progress on action items.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective communication with key internal stakeholders.
- Proficient in converting financial data into clear insights for colleagues without a finance background.
- Skilled in MS Office, accounting systems, and reporting tools.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
