Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • Oversee quantity surveying functions related to PRC projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
            • Manage renovation and property management projects from inception to completion, providing expert guidance throughout.
            • Collaborate with project teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates, ensuring effective financial management.
            • Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve any disputes that may arise.
            • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to meet project goals.
            • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior quantity surveying staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on PRC projects.
            • Proven experience in renovation and property management.
            • Prior exposure to Hong Kong developers is highly preferred.
            • Valid HKIS or RICS qualification is mandatory.
            • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
            • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
            • Position base in Hong Kong, occationally travel to PRC.
