Responsibilities:

            • Monitoring project progress and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
            • Conducting regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
            • Collaborating with project management to resolve any technical issues that arise.
            • Preparing progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, building engineering or construction management, with a focus on large-scale composite development projects.
            • Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations and full-spectrum project delivery.
            • Experience in managing site formation, foundation and mega-size building development.
              Proven ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, main contractors, and government officials.
            • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese is preferred.
