Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • Lead and oversee the full spectrum of design development for projects in Mainland China, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand, vision, and quality standards.

              • Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors to shape and implement design strategies that support business objectives and enhance project value.

              • Plan, execute, and manage a variety of development projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

              • Monitor design progress to ensure timely delivery, budget compliance, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

              • Manage and evaluate the performance of external consultants, contractors, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and high-quality outcomes.

              • Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence to support project planning and investment decisions.

              • Provide expert guidance on design innovation, sustainability, and market trends to maintain the company’s competitive edge.

              • Perform ad-hoc duties and special assignments as required by the Board or senior management.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • Degree in Architectural studies or other relevant disciplines

              • Registered Architect (HKIA) / PRC Class 1 Registered Architect

              • Experiences in handling sizable mixed use development projects in PRC 

              • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese 

              • Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
